Goals Driven Methodology
No matter how small or large, we start each project by identifying its core business goals. Only then can we develop functional requirements that are crystal clear to all stakeholders -- this includes customer product owners as well the technical teams who will ultimately be responsible for developing the solution.
Intense Scrutiny
During every step of a project, we continually vet new requirements and ask tough questions like "what business goal does this feature fulfill?" or "explain to me how this drives revenue?". Often, we learn that if we can't convince ourselves of the need for something, then it's probably not critical to the customer either.
Design Second
Though we love and appreciate cutting-edge visual design just like everyone else, it should never define your functional requirements. We believe that visual design is an important component to a world-class user experience but only if meaningful functionality underlies it.
Strategic Envisioning
We value the time and resources that go into technology projects and therefore always seek to design features and integrations that have the potential to be re-used in the future. This often means considering services-oriented architecture as well as proactively working with customers to identify and prioritize their longer-term project goals and seek out hidden efficiencies.
